CrossFit Teens
MCF Crossfit Teens is a program designed for athletes and non-athletes ranging from ages 12-15. It provides safe, effective, and age-appropriate methods of CrossFit, and combines gymnastics, weightlifting, and high intensity training. While CrossFit challenges the world's fittest, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience or age. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents and our children differ by degree, not kind.
We hope to establish health and fitness at an early age so that they don’t have to work their way back from a deficit when they are adults. We want to set up the child on a path toward a lifetime of health through fitness and fun!

- 2x weekly // Tuesday + Thursday 4:30-5:30
- $60 for twice weekly access.
