STEP 2: OPTION 2 | ON-RAMPThe On-Ramp program is designed to meet the needs of new members who feel unprepared to join a group CrossFit class. Reasons for this could be: a health condition, a mental barrier, or current fitness level. This program is comprised of 12 one-on-one coaching sessions over the span of 60 days. Over the 60 days, the member will focus on learning the proper mechanics for movements, developing the capacity for intensity and endurance, and building their confidence within the gym. The member will also be educated regarding the vision, culture, and methodology of CrossFit and our gym. The intention of this program is to promote inclusion and eliminate any barriers that would prevent members of our community from improving their health and wellness.
The cost for On-ramp is $600 ($50 per session). On-Boarding is included in this price and your normal monthly membership will not begin until after your On-Ramp sessions are complete. |

CrossFit is truly infinitely scalable. Meaning every day you never need to worry about whether or not you can complete the work out as it's written. Our coaches love to work with each member individually to design the day's workout to best fit them.
