HOT...Exclusive Merch from Boxstar / August 23rd

The first online order of exclusive Mossy Creek Fitness merch from Boxstar Apparel will be wrapping up and printed soon.  Make sure you get in on the new merch, which includes signature men's and women's shorts, tights and even our recent competitive Mossy Creek Monster shirts. 

To get in on the first delivery, you must go to https://boxstarapparel.com/ and search for Mossy Creek.  The order will be processed, printed and shipped with merch from your fellow gym members. 

Deadline to get in on the first order is August 23rd, 2019. 

Mossy Creek goes Crazy for Kids with KIDSFIT

Mossy Creek Fitness recently started our newest fitness program, KIDSFIT aimed at helping our school aged kids get fit. 

Classes will be divided into two age divisions.

Division one is for 1st through 3rd grade. Division two is offered for 4th through 6th grade.

Class Times are as follows:
Division One // Mondays and Thursdays 5:00-6:00
Division Two // Mondays and Thursdays 5:45 - 6:45

Cost is $60 per month.We can't wait to get this program started! If you have any questions, contact us!

The Mossy Creek Way includes these quarterly assessments with a coach. In order to guarantee that you get results, we want to make sure we're having conversations often that allow us to point you in the right direction to keep making progress. 

FNX Supplement Orders
MCF places FNX Supplement orders every Friday on behalf of our athletes.  If you are interested in any supplements to help you perform better or recover faster, please see one of our coaches or MCF staff.
