New to MCF: Measuring your blood pressure! We have InBody + Supplement Days the first Tuesday and Wednesday of each month, and now we're adding a blood pressure reading! Together, we want to move closer to a state of fitness and create as much of a barrier between ourselves and chronic disease as possilbe. Tracking markers such as our blood pressure can help us stay moving in the right direction as we continue to work on building healthier and happier lives.
